Tecton Design Studio was established in March 1993 by Terry D. Sullivan to personally deliver quality designs in architecture and responsive solutions to clients’ needs. Terry is a registered Architect ( Reg No : 14814 ) with the Architects Registration Board of Victoria, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Architects.

Since established, Tecton Design Studio has carried out Architectural Services for all types of projects, specialising in high quality Residential projects, from individual new homes, renovations and extensions, with particular emphasis on Period Homes; through to multi units, townhouses, Industrial and Commercial projects. Over 600 separate projects have been completed, with the majority of these located in metropolitan Melbourne, but also includes projects in country Victoria, New South Wales and inner Sydney.

Prior to 1993, Terry managed an Architectural and Structural Design office specialising in Commercial supermarkets & shopping centres, Industrial factories & warehouses, Resort alpine developments, hotel & motel projects, sporting facilities, Residential projects & apartments.

His skills and experience as team leader in Design & Documentation, Contract Administration, Supervision, Office Management & Administration, allowed for a seamless transition to self employed Architect.

Tecton Design Studio uses a network of Professional Consultants in Structural & Civil Design, Planning, Landscape Architecture and Building Surveying to offer a Total Design Service for any building project.
